Operation Flight

Dimitre was outside away from his cabin looking for any clearings that won't get in the way of his flight training, he had and an idea, if he can make objects heavy is it possible for him to use his gravity ability to make an object light enough for it to float.

Astraria watched him from the porch, a bit worried.

Dimitre was going to begin his test, but the target was his own body. He closed his eyes and raised his hands front of him and started to give himself a little pep talk. "You can do this Dimitre, just concentrate on your own body and nothing else. ok, lets do this." He took a few deep breathes and closed his eyes and tried to picture himself floating.

Astraria held the rail, feeling a few of her feathers rustling as his power activated.

He was trying very hard to concentrate on his body, but it was still affecting the surrounding area. talks to him to focus more. "Focus man, target your body." He begins to feel somewhat lighter, but not enough to float.

She hoped he wouldn't hurt himself. "You can do it, Dimitre..."

He heard Astraria's encouragement and that gave him the extra boost he needed, his feet started to lift a few inches off the ground. "I'm doing it!" But it wouldn't last for long, he lost the connection to his body and plopped to the ground on his back. "Ow~... I thought I almost had it." The pain was minor, but it hurt like getting hit by a rock.

Astraria hurried over to him. "A-are you okay!?"

He sees Astraria standing next to him, to see if he was okay. "I almost had it, where did I go wrong?"

*An unmistakable hollow voice would come from behind them, though there was nothing there to see* "Perhaps you need something to help your concentration." *Aarons would say this, after seeing Dimitre attempt flight with abilities he had never seen but assumed to be telepathy* "Im sure you remember my trademark voice."

*Aaron would move, drawing the attention of the two of them, he had been to the left of where they were looking* "Possibly, but aside from that. Why are you trying to.. fly?" *Aaron would be fully visible now, having walked out of cover about 2 meters or so from the two of them*

Astraria stood up, her wings flaring out. "What do you want with us?" This new figure was an unknown to her.

Dimitre got up and held Astraria's hand to keep her calm. "It's okay, he's the man who helped me kill that boar couple of weeks ago, remember."

"Ah yes, the boar. But that's not why Im here, I attempt to know whats happening as much as I can, so I was here when you tried to fly, as you know. Perhaps I can help with it?" *Aaron would check something on his arm, a watch like device (But not a watch, it tells him how much time he has on his medication before he needs to refill it)*

He ignored Aaron for a little bit to have a private conversation Astraria. "So far he hasn't done anything wrong to harm us, do you trust him."

Astraria returned to the porch, sighing in relief that Dimitre was okay. She sat down in her chair, stretching her wings a bit.
