Off Beat

After his fiasco with veronica all Beats wanted to do was listen to his music and be alone, he found a nice big tree to sit against and started turn the volumes of his headphones on high so that he can't hear anybody talk to him.

*Drake had been walking through the forest, he had seen the camp but didn't feel he belonged there.* "My luck could run out there, a dozen military agents." *He would joke to himself, wondering how he managed to get out of the city* "Guess I can say goodbye to some of my stuff.." *Drake would continue he stroll through the forest*

Beats remembered why Veronica was angry with him. "This is all Drakes fault, if I didn't save his dumbarse then might have had shot with her." His yes were like a blue fire waiting to scorch something or someone.

Beats kept mumbling to himself on how he was stupid not to confront her on the that day when he knocked her out just to save Drake.

*The rifle would appear in Drakes hands* "Hmm.. I would prefer a sword but ok.." *He would see a far tree, kneeling and getting a sight on it before shooting with near perfect accuracy* "Im good.. but the dice magic, whatever gives me these powers.. that helps too."

Beats was so angry and he needed and outlet to take his frustration out on, but he couldn't find anything, so he decided to turn the setting on his headphones to loudspeaker so he jam out his anger. "That's it I can't take it anymore."

*Suddenly hearing a burst of sound, Drake would turn and see Beats* "Oh hey, that guy who saved me from being shot to oblivion... he seems busy." *Drake would sling his rifle over his back and scale a tree to watch and wait for Beats to finish what he was doing*

Since Beats was a (Special) who manipulated sound, and not having a firm grasp of his ability, he was about to rock the forest like there's no tomorrow. His music started playing nice and loud and he didn't care who would hear it, but with the beat of his music and the sound vibrations coursing through his body, everything was about to be shaken.

*Once it began, the tree Drake was in only vibrated, but then as the sound waves concentrated near him for a small amount of time, he was knocked off the tree with him managing to get a firm grasp on a branch before he hit the ground (He was high up), fully in Beats sight range* "WEll that explains how he got that officer down.." *He would try lifting himself*

The sound waves got more intense with each beat drop coming from his music which was amplified by his body and producing light tremors.

*Drake would be watching this, not realizing that the branch was cracking from his weight and the intensity of the vibrations, suddenly there was a difficult to hear snap as he fell on the ground, slightly breaking his fall* "Nailed the landing.." *He would say, impossible to hear*

Beats hasn't noticed Drake falling out of the tree, but the next big sound wave was coming up and it was going to to be a nasty one that might make anything near him go deaf for a few minutes.

*Drake watched Beats, realizing that he was about to do a bigger wave of.. sound? So he tried to get up and run, which was difficult with him just falling from a tree*

*Drake tried getting down, being forced forward by the sound blast, landing on his face clearly visible* "Mabey I should get him some soothing melody downloads.." *He would joke to himself, though various areas of his body ached from Beats powers*

The song ended an Beats was in a sweat then he noticed a giant circle was surrounding him and he saw the damage he caused to the surrounding area. "I think I went a little too hard on my music again."

He heard a voice he hasn't heard in awhile and he clenched his hands and turned around. "Well well well~, look it's the guy who ruined my shot with Veronica." says it with an intense and sarcastic tone.

"I suggest you leave before I come over there and rip your freaking head off and feed it to the animals who would eat it!" He didn't want see Drakes ugly mug, because he feared he would kill at the drop of a hat.
