Riven dropped Lysandra on the makeshift couch, or what was supposed to go through for one. She knew the woman wouldn't like where she woke up, probably, and considering it'd be her first hangover, she'd probably, most likely, have a killer headache. But that wasn't on her mind. She needed answers. If all that she said was true, she'd be doing the very thing she mocked with earlier.

Lysandra dropped the bottle she was holding, rolling over as if sleeping in her own bed. "Dun...ma' me shpeshia'...ahm...uman." She muttered as she slept, in slurred and broken words.

Riven sighed at the sight. Hopeless, maybe drinking wasn't the best idea for her to get her worries out. But well, was worth a shot. Now, though, she got more worries than Lysandra probably did. With a kick against the couch she tried to wake up the APU grunt, which wasn't hard considering the couch instantly caved in on the attack.

Lysandra sat up quickly, looking around. "Wh-wha'...!?" She looked at the girl, eyes not quite focusing. "Wh-whers da bahr?" She hiccuped.

"Gone. This is my place and I need some answer between now and 5 seconds from now. You spilled some stuff about this goverment taking specials 'n shyte like that and abusing or testing them."

"D-did ah? Ahm no' suppos'd to shay conf'den'l shtuff...sho...ah dun' thin' ah..." She hiccuped, laying down on her back. "...did ahnythin' like dat. Weh jus' pa'roll shtree' an' kee' da shtree's clean...shpesha' tashkforsh an' all ta kee' da ordah..."

She got a bucket with water from last nights rain and emptied it over Lysandra. "Look, I don't care about what you do, I wanna know what they're doing. This whole taskforce thing you're a part of. Who or rather what, are they?"

She sat up quickly, shaking water off. "Who-ah!" She put a hand to her head, a bit of a headache forming. "O-Ow...s-so loud...what are you yelling about?" Her blouse was soaked, as well as the upper half of her skirt.

"Figures. This whole stuff on government policy in regards to specials. Is this crap discriminatory? They using people as guinea pigs?"

She looked at her. "Why do you want to know? I just follow orders, whether someone has powers or not..." Another headache came over her, forcing her to pause. "...isn't relevant."

"Because it's wrong! I mean, don't you have a single sense of good or bad in you? How would you feel if someone suddenly barged into your house and drags your ass away never to be heard from again, used in some experiments, only cuz you're different or something?"

"No one would barge...o-ow...in. I'm a loyal citizen. People do bad, they get locked up. Jail. Prison."

"Then why are we hunting people with special powers. Half of that could be put to good use, right?" She was starting to doubt the resolve she felt earlier, whether what she was saying was true. What if those specials all were doing nothing but cause trouble. New Pendragon and Arakai both suffered lately from it.

"We hunt criminals...that's all." She stood up shakily, her clothes dripping wet. "I don't know why you rookies always follow those conspiracies...whatever I said, forget it. I was drunk...something I promised my mother I wouldn't do..."

Riven sat down on the ground. She felt like an idiot. Even though it all seemed to make sense, if Lysandra said it, should be true. She was included in the higher ranks now, after all. "So, you'll swear on your life, that what we're doing, is the right thing to do?"

"Fine...I swear it." She sighed, she'd have to report this girl in for asking such questions.

Riven tossed her a blanket of which the origin was questionable. "Yeah, well. Not like I have much choice, really. If I don't, I'll starve."

"Yeah ... this is my place." She gestured to the fashioned box they were in. It kept out the weather, mostly, and was made of any materials around. The only thing not fitting this place was Riven herself.
