Gaige was walking down the side walk with Deathtrap(D347-TP) floating behind her, his rockets emptied earlier into the forest for testing its accuracy. "I think you did alot better after I re-calibrated your accuracy Deathtrap." She looked back and up at him. The robot being well over 7 feet tall due to the fact it was floating along behind her. She then yawned and stopped walking before climbing up onto Deathtrap's right shoulder and sitting down having him float along again so she didn't have to walk.

"This is Veronica, You said the suspect had auburn hair and had a what? A robot shooting missles? Who would even build..." She trails off as she turns the corner staring at the 7 foot tall robot... "I will have to call you back..." Veronica immediately saw the girl in question sitting on the robot's shoulder.

"Excuse me, would you happen to be in the forest earlier today?"

Kicking her legs back and forth she looked down at the woman. "Yeah. Why?"

"Were you blowing up trees? The city needs them as a natural resource and they don't exactly grow back in a few seconds." Veronica questioned.

"Blowing up? No...well partially...not entir...yes." She jumped down and then knocked on Deathtrap's chest with her left hand the sound of metal on metal as her hand hit his chest. "How else am I going to find out if he needs re-calibrations or test his accuracy?"

Veronica groaned and palmed her face. Today just gt worse and worse. First boring patrol, then a perv with a headphone that might be able to hack goverment frequencies. Now there was someone who used a giant robot to destroy an invaluable resources to the city for...testing purposes.

"You can't just start blowing up trees." Veronica argued. Why not in an open plain? Or make some targets yourself."

"Where's the fun in that? Then I don't get to see a tree splinter into pieces or fall down when he hits it with his claws." She looked up at Deathtrap. "It also would have only been 2 trees if his accuracy was set properly and not the five that ended up ruined."

What was with this girl? Two trees? Five Trees? No trees should have been destroyed! Veronica sighed but decided it was better than having half the forest go up in smoke.

"Look, I am telling you that you need to find better targets than Akarai precious resources. I can let you off with a warning this time but I will still need to get your information for processing."

"Oh...so you're with the government?" She then stretched and climbed back up onto Deathtrap's right shoulder. She pulled a card out of a pouch she had on her side and handed it down to Vernoica. On the card was the words Smash The System, with an Anarchy "A" symbol in place of the A. "My card."

Veronica frowned. "It this is joke I suggest you stop messing around. I am making enough allowances as it is. Your robot hardly seems standard for the the city's rules and you destroyed important property. Give me you information and I can let you off." Although she was acting tough, even Veronica was having second thoughts about fighting a robot in a populated area.

"He most likely isn't regulation and I frankly don't care." She kicked her legs back and forth again playfully. "And I don't think you will be doing anything about it. If I want to test him out in the forest I can and will continue to do so." She then hopped down again and walked around Deathtrap until she was standing behind him. "Why the government thinks it can tell me what I can and can't build or do I don't know, but they don't have that right. Anyway my name is on that card. If you want it however you'll have to find it." She then turned and started walking the other direction her robot following behind her.

Veronica watch in defeat as the robot slowly lumbered away. Attacking a citizen who did nothing of harm would get her in court. She also had a feeling that trying to arrest the girl would be difficult if the robot got aggressive. The best she could do is tail the pair and stay hidden. Her objective in mind, she blended into the crowd and slowly stalked the Aurbun haired girl.

She continued to walk and sometimes would stop at a nearby shop and walk in her robot staying outside. After a few minutes she came out carrying a cupcake in her hand and a bag in her other. "Man I love these things." She quickly bit down on the cupcake and started walking again.

Veronica followed closely behind. How did that thing work anyway? What type of technology allowed it to float? The goverment would definitely have used for the technology, but outright theft was something that sickened her. The Best she could do would be follow The robot and its creator and demand an explanation.

She stopped when she got to an apartment complex and sighed looking at the door. "We're home Deathtrap." She then held up her robotic left arm and Deathtrap was surrounded by a blue mechanical looking aura as he separated more and more in this blue light before all of it collecting and vanishing into her arm. She then opened the door and walked inside.

Veronica ended her search at the house of Gaige, the inventor of the technology that was the backbone of the mail system. She radioed in her concerns about the robot and the only response she got was "she will be watched." Veronica sighed at the government's worthless approach to seizing the culprit but the giant robot was a convincing reason not to attack her. Gaige's technology could be used for greater things, but all and all it was her choice, Veronica supposed. She turned and left but not before writing down the address. 48625 S. Main Street.
