She processed it a bit, then figured out he was right. "Well, yeah. I do have an ability. Sort off." She put her arm up, as if showing off a ring, then moved one of her tattoos around, having it glide around her arm a couple times.

One of her tattoos extended beyond her arm, and became a hardened blade like object. "It can harden as swords or shields, whips. And they're damned sharp, they slice through things pretty easily. But they can only extend as far as the ink can provide, and if I lose some of it, I'd have to get a new tattoo to refuel, so to say. I can't just touch the ink that I lost and get it back." She stood up, her belly showing a bit again, and the blade weakened, followed by a lash from it, as if she whipped.

"But I can use mine best when I see them, it takes up concentration. Best way for me to use them, is. Well being naked, so, hence I don't have much issue with it. I mean it's just flesh, nothing special. Not like people never seen it before in their lives."

"It's soft and squishy, a lot better than rocks or a dead guy. Plus it doesn't smell like whatever the hell it is you find back out there." She rubbed her cheek against it, almost like she was a cat or something.

"You know, it's actually really weird. I grew up without any ability but only once I got my first tattoo, well it just happened once, and now, half of my body is covered in them. And it doesn't even hurt when I get one. They always say it hurts, but I feel nothing, I just feel something pressing on my skin, that's all."

"And if you'd meet another person like her, then what?" She knew how everything worked and he'd probably say she would be the only one for him, but she'd learned that people could never e trusted, not only from her parents, but in the slums even more so.

"The memories would not be the same so most likely I wouldn't like her. Demons are silly most of the time we get together to get further along in polical careers but being in the human world the idea of romance rubbed off on me."

She closed her eyes, and tried to listen to everything around her. "By the way, if you you wonder why I have no wings, I always have them retracted. They're nice but. Cane be a real scare factor for people too, or even cause them to judge me on appearance only."
