Ambers place

She didn't hear either of them, as she was still lost in thought. 'Maybe it's nothing though...Hmm...'

"That's right, but I guess we should both go on the diet, right Amber? It would probably help both of us." He was a little upset at being called fat, so he felt this was his revenge.

"I am not fat, I'm well filled, if you'd please."

"Nor am i fat, in fact I'm in pretty good condition if you ask me."

"Well, excuse me, but I'm certain I see some fat rolls over there." She pinched him in his side.

Kattie was so deep in thought and so exhausted, wthout noticing, she accidentally fell off the couch.

He grabbed her stomach. "Oh yeah, then what's that?" And then noticed Katie, had fallen. "You okay Katie?"

Laughing a bit about Katie, she pushed Gyan down on the couch, with Katie falling on him. "That, dear sir, are muscles."

She got up. "Uh...Yeah...I'm fine..." In her mind, she was remembering a little bit of before she had raised herself. 'I can't believe it...I...I can't be...Can I?' She had remembered that she was half demon, but didn't believe it.

He grabbed the back of his head after it being hit off the back of the couch. He looked at Katie, who appeared to be spacing out. "Are you sure your okay? I mean, you seem to be spacing out quiet a bit today."

"Oh...Yeah...It's nothing...At least, nothing important..." She then mumbled something, hoping for neither of them to hear it. "At least not for any angels..."

He could see Katie's mouth moving but didn't hear anything come out. "Well, if nothing else, we got the family back together." He smirked and leaned his head back.

"Yeah...That's good." She gave off a smile, though it was clearly a fake smile.

Amber had gone to the kitchen again, to prepare the material for Katie for making apple juice again. She had heard what she said, but she knew how dear secrets were to women, and especially children. So, she decided not to make a big deal out of it, and forget it.

She wakedover to Gyanburā and whispere to him. "Hey, can I talk to you somewhere in private for a minute?"

"Sure, you lead the way." He was curious on what she wanted to talk about.

She walked outside and closed the door. "I noticed a reaction when i said something in their from Ms. Amber. That thing I mumbled after I said it was nothing...I said that it wasn't important for any Angels...Then she seemed to have a slight reacton...What that was..." She lead him a little farther away, hoping Amber wouldn't heare her. "I'm half Demon...I...just remembered..."

He looked at her and tried to think about what would be the best way to put his next words. They would have to be good or Katie may never trust him. "You...Amber is an angel sure, but she cares a lot for both you and me. She wouldn't care if you were part demon, because, to her, you are Katie..." He mumbled his next few words. "Just a half demon is the least thing that should worry anyone." His face lit up and he offered a smirk. "And I don't mind that you're half demon."

"I know you won't...But...But Amber..." She turned and faced the other way and looked into the sky. "If she's an Angel, just don't tell her, please..."

"I won't tell her, and it wouldn't be me who'd need to tell her. You can tell her when you're ready." Secrets are important to kids and she has a right to keep her secret from Amber, but he thought she should tell Amber one day.

"Let's head back in then."

"Alright" They went back inside. He didn't want to tell Amber Katie's secret so he mentioned nothing to Amber.

Katie walked over to Amber. 'Not yet...But soon...' "Want me to make some apple juice?" Her voice seemed a little different then usual, a little nervous.

"Yeah, sweetie, that sounds great. I already prepared some things for you." She handed her the things that were on the table, and put her on the chair, so she could reach.

She started working on teh juice, and thought about hwo long to wait. 'Maybe once...Or would that just be too soon? Maybe it would be too late though...'
