Tsun's Apartment and Workshop

"Yeah, I rent out the apartments, which one ya want, or how many? I'll also let ya buy the apartment flat out, no rent."

"Well, buy seems best then. As far away from the center of town as possible, though. We want to start something quiet, without being disrupted all the time."

"Got ya, want one apartment or two?"

"One will do. Just one that can support a family."

"Okay...let's see...the last building down the way here should be available, all the rooms there should be enough. How big is your family?"

"Well, 2 currenly, 3 soon." He seemed to be glowing in pride.

"Oh, well, congrats. Now, as for the price of the apartment. How will you be paying once we work out a price?"

"Well, I still have a rather large amount left, so I can just pay it off."

"Right, lemme go get the paperwork ready, you go check out the apartment in the meantime, you sure picked an out of the way place, though...place hasn't been used since I took over..."

"Well, the better. We just want to be away from all the trouble of the world which are happening now."

"Right. Just go check out the apartment and tell me if it's the one you want, I'll be getting the paperwork ready."

"Will do. Have the keys for me?"

"Yeah, here ya go, just let me know if it's the one you want, or if you'd like another."

Gino walked off, checking on the apartment he and Takumi would be living their new life in.

*Tsun finishes up the paperwork, waiting for Gino to get back*

Gino hauled ass to get back in time, trying to not let her wait. He arrived finally, and knocked on the door again, beyond breath. "Am... Back... Finally..."

"Come in, it's open!"

He opened the door, and walked in, closing the door behind him. "Yeah... it's far from the... centre all right..."

"You didn't have to run...but is it to your satisfaction?"

"Yeah, just not making you wait... But it's perfect, we'll take it." Still panting a bit from his excessive run, he sat down.

"Right, catch your breath, and we'll get on the paperwork"

After some moments of silence, Gino started again. "Yeah, got it. Ok, we get go on."

"Now, what is your budget for a housing unit?"

"Well, I have several Million still on my banking account, with still a payment coming up, last one for my service as Knight of Round."

"Alright, I price the unit in question at 40,000 yen a month utilities included, so...about 4 million should be enough to flat out purchase a unit, with utilities paid. Never had to sell, just rent, so it's hard to come up with a number. Is this okay, or would you like to negotiate?"
