Ambers place

"The dres, what is it for? Some ceremonial robe?"

"Oh, this? No. It is something I found in my mother's old cloudwood chest. Gorgeous, isn't it?" *She turned from side to side, making the dress spread out*

"Yes, it's magnificent." Taken by the dress, she forgot her actual questions.

"But as I was saying...if you ask this particular demon, your chances of getting your wish will be safer than if you were to ask any other demon."

"So, you returned only to inform me of that? And what's the briefcase for?"

"Did you forget? I told you that you are the youngest registered angel, and that I'm ordered to oversee your development."

"So let me get this straight. You're going to be moving in too?" For once he wasn't confused all he could think was that they needed a place with at least four rooms now.

"If I must. I have my orders. I will see them through." *Cad opens her suitcase and puts her sweater inside*

"Well, is there any chance you also know a place where we can find a house big enough for us all?"

"This demon I mentioned...she owns an apartment complex as well, so two birds, one stone?"

"Well, I'm ok with that, even though I really don't like the idea of asking a Demon for this."

He couldn't really tell from first impressions but if could find them a home and extend his life, then he felt it worth the risk. "I'm okay with it, as long as it's what Amber wants."

"So, is this the person you've settled with?" *Cad walks up to the man and examines him closely* "My name is Cad Neum, last noble of Angel House Neum." *Cad extends her wings to their fullest span in front of him* "I treat Amber as a daughter, so be kind to her, okay?"

"It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Gyanburā, and I will." He was held his hand out to gesture to shake her hand.

*She took his hand, and made a gesture with her wing for him to touch it* "My wings are at your service, as well as hers. I served for a time as her princess' handmaiden, so I can do all the household tasks while you focus on other things."

Being rather possessive all of a sudden, Amber came inbetween. "Yeah, ok, but we still need to find a house which can harbor all of us."

"Was I intruding upon your 'mate'? Forgive me, but I have no interest in mates myself, so fret not, my fledgling. I have yet to bear a child with this body of mine, but...to the matter at hand...here is the address of the apartment complex, you two go find a suitable unit, and I shall help move everything."

He looked at Amber and chuckled a bit. "You're right; we should check it out and see if there's any decent places."

"Yeah, ok, sure ... " She clearly didn't get one word of what she said. Nonetheless, she was glad that finally one of her own kind was around her, and not to forget, would look after her. Having lost both parents at a very young age, considered for humans young, she grew up without, and eventually got entangled with the army, then proceeded to diplomacy.

"You two get going, and I'll work on cooking you a nice supper." *Cad retracted her wings, and walked into the kitchen, humming a foreign melody*

"Well it's settled then. However, if we are going, I'm not going to be leading the way." He knew he was terrible with directions so he thought it would be good to hint at it a bit.

"All right, let's go then." They went out, going to the address Cad had given them, in order to find a new house.

After a few hours he and Amber had found place within the Complex, it had 4 bedrooms and was huge in comparison to the one Amber lives in now. After checking it out they headed home.

Amber opened the door, and with Gyanburã, she came in. "We found something, and it's rather big. It's massive compared to this."

*Cad came out of the kitchen, carrying food destined for the table* "Wonderful, and right on time, too."
