looking for a dragon

Feix came to thr park and he looked around for any trace of a dragon.

Zayn, having returned from his little adventure with his friend the gambler, was sitting on his respective place, under a tree again. Along with his book, he was enjoying the silence.

Feix was walking aroubd using magic to try and sense anything not normal. He came upon a man under a tree, "I am sorry to bug you but sire you would not happen to of ever seen a dragon around here?" Feix was expecting the man to call him crazy or blow him off.

He looked up. "Why the certain interest in Dragons? On Dragon hunt or something?"

"I see no harm in telling I am looking for necklaces and there is a chance he has it. I wanted to find this dragon and maybe bargin with him for the necklace." Feix sighed he felt like he is becoming less violent then he use to be.

"There are plenty of Dragons around, even though you never see them." He kept his attention on the book.

"I imagine they are around, maybe I will get lucky and chance upon one." Feix sighed and started to walk away.

"And when having found a Dragon, what will you do? Just ask him to hand over what most likely will be a very valuable possession? Or by the hand of violence, perhaps?"

"I would not use violence the person I am doing this for might get sad if I just robbed a person. I would find something the dragon wanted and try to trade." Feix kept thinking.

He looked up from his book, with a bit of a smile on his face. "What DO you know about actual Dragons?"

"I know not much my teacher Pyrus married a dragon, and she seemed like a nice person. So I was hoping maybe other dragons are like her."

He got up, put his hand on Feix's shoulder and walked with him into the direction of the inside of the forests. "Female Dragons and the Male examplaries are totally different. But, if you really intend to negotiate with this Dragon, youll need previous knowledge. You can't just barge in and hope for the best, you'll be roasted peanuts in 2 seconds. I can tell you a bit on what I know."

"Well then lets talk, I am clueless on dragons all my employers were not stupid enough to mess with a dragon." Feix walked with him.

"The key of a Dragon, is his treasure. Most have one, those who don't are either the scum, the feeble or those who have exceeded that desire. As long as you are dealing with a regular one, it's gonna be problematic, but also simple. Then you know he'll keep that item you seek safe. So do we have any idea as to what sort of Dragon we are looking after?"

"The king of the skys, is all I know. So from the start I am dealing with a last boss type." Feix sighed.

Staring at him a bit, he then continued. "Right ... Well, I guess you'll have to follow me then, I know that Dragon, a bit. So what was it again you needed from him?"

"Well my source which is not a solid tested in stone source said he would have a necklace with this symbol on it." Feix holds up a piece of paper with the symbol drawn on it.

He grabbed the drawing, put it in his fist and his fist shot in flames for a second, then it was normal again. "Don't draw things like that, if you have a life to keep." they walked for another 10 minutes, in dead silence. When having reached a bit of an open spot, the guy turned around. "My name is Zayn. And, fortunately for you, I am the Lord of the Sky, Dragon Lord Ionos."

"I am lucky to meet you, since you seem like a reasonable man. I do not want to sound rude but do you have the necklace and what would you want in trade for it?" Feix was surprisingly calm.

He walked to the far end of the open spot. "Yes, I do possess that necklace. And the reason you shouldn't be carrying such things in public, is basic fact that it is considered to be worshiping a fallen angel, a wicked god. The devil itself, so they say. I see their accusations as bullshit, but the mob seems to believe it. Don't ask anyone in public about it if your life means anything to you." He came walking back, and when he was standing 2 feet away from Feix, he held his hand high, showing the necklace. "I carry this one, since she entrusted me with it. Unfortunately, I know of only one other who carries one." He tossed the necklace to him. "Master of Shadows. Name of the guy is Dark Ray. Get a hold of him, then you'll have earned my full respect, but I warn you, it's like trying to catch smoke with your bare hands. And for the record, I know of the girl you harbor, I can read you people easily. Be careful with her, she's the goddess herself, just without the memory. Not sure if you'd want to give her that."

"Not many people like me to begin with. Goddess or devil I do not care, even Pyrus spoke highly of that same goddess and he lead an army against her. I see she is the goddess that makes a little sense. This shadow you speak of do you know where it might be?" Feix looked at the necklace then stuffed it in his pocket.

"Look around you. He is everywhere. I've done what I can to help you with this, but there's nothing I can do anymore now. When you require my help, just blow this whistle, it's a resonance only I can hear. And it crosses Dimensions and Worlds."

Feix took the whistle, "thank you for the help. If you need assistance with anything track me down, I owe you one." Feix started to walk away.

"I own the skies. If there's something I need help with, you'll be as useful as a dagger against an armored tank." He shape shifted into a magnificent, massive red Dragon, and in a split second, he shot up in the sky, out of sight right away.

"In the sky you maybe unbeatable, but sometimes we find ourselves stuck on the ground." Freix decided to head home back to Shizuku.
