Grawn made it back to the monster world and he off for dark heart knowing anything that could survive there could survive anything. The place was scary to him but to help out the nice snake lady he met he was willing to face whatever he had to.

She sensed him coming from miles away. None were stupid enough to venture into the Dark Heart alone, not since they never came back. And she preferred it that way. In groups, she had more to feed on anyway. But this single victim would have to do for a while then. Beggars can't be choosers. The lifeform had already crossed the borders of the Dark Heart alone, if he went further in, he'd get to the Wildfire. Her home. Her lair.

Grawn ventured in further knowing that this place was not safe. "How interesting the magic here is different somehow." He looked around, "definitely have a bad feeling about this." He was ready to use magic if he needed. A small fire floated next to him lighting his way.

After he set foot in the core of the Dark Heart, the so called Wildfire, she sprung the trap. From every direction plants rose up, stingers and vines all around him, then they all went for him, attacking their prey.

Grawn tried to stop the attack by using magic to cover himself in flames to burn the plants. He managed to neutralize the attack with his fire. "Will take more than silly plants to harm a master of fire magic." He spoke out loud in hopes it was another magic user trying to attack him as his senses seemed to not work as well right now.

The first plants burned away, only to make place for a different sort. Ones already on fire, plants that seemed like they were based on and fed off of fire. Black and a luminiscent orange, the vines went for Grawns legs, while several popped up in front of him, spikes ready.

Grawn tried to use a huge wave of sound produced from thunder magic to know the plants away. He had not much time to prepare this spell, he had no idea if it would actually work.

Having prepared the spell on the spot it went off and knocked the plants back with a small wave of sound. Though he no longer was concentrating on his fire spell that was lighting his way it suddenly got dark around him. "Whoever is attacking me show yourself now." He was still under the impression he was fighting another magic user.

As he became surrounded by active plants, half normal, near the outer ring, and the ones deeper towards to core the vicious Wildfires, someone walked slowly towards him from deep within the Wildfire. "My prey thinks itself clever."

"I am not clever just good at surviving." Grawn did not relax at all and was Preparing spells. "I am not prey either, I will warn you now my spells will only get more powerful from here on out."

She stood still at about a 5 yards distance lookinb at the man. The body of a human-like woman yet covered, almost fusioned, with plants. Vines and thorns all around. But what made her even more threatening was that non of her plant components were organic. They all shared the same design as the plants around her. Black with luminescent orange glow coursing through them. She was the heart and reason the Dark Heart was this violent and the oriin of the Wildfire. ''You are but a plaything to me, little mouse.''

Grawn looked at her, "you have a little of a complex there." He opens his bottle of water he was carrying with him. "I do not play nice."

She took a couple steps in his direction, the plants around them reacting at her movement. They all obeyed her and she shared a sort of telepathic connection to them. "You think water will help you? And even in that pathetic amount?"

Grawn nodded, "yeah I can use water to cut stuff if I need to." He had a little training with water manipulation. He did not back down not wanting to show any fear.

The thorned lady was a couple yards away from Grawn, looking down at him from the high ground, even though it was centimeters at best. "You're surrounded by a forest. You can't cut nearly half as fast as you'd have to to get out." She was clearly enjoying her little game with the man. Though the plants revealed a distinguished difference in them. The outer ring was regular plantlife, normal vines, thorns and flowers, deadly as they were, while the inner ones resembled her a lot more, sharing the same colors and viscious nature. It could be coincidence, or there was more behind it.

Grawn thought a little bit, "why are you attacking me? At that fact why are you using the plants around here to make people disappear?" He was trying to figure out why some of the plants were different so keeping her talking was a good plan for now.

With a confused look at her face, she observed him. "For the same reason you make your food disappear. To survive. Isn't it obvious?" One of the vines found its way to Grawns foot, slithering over it, slowly going around.

"Do you not feed on water and nutrients in the soil?" He tried to kick her vine away, "but I do not consume a lot of stuff and certainly I do not play with my food." He kept observing her wandering where she came from.

"Do you not eat the animals? Do you not hunt them and feed on them just as I do? I only play with the ones I like to play with. Just because you don't play with it doesn't mean I shouldn't either. After all, I'm not you." More vines started to appear around him, most had thorns covered all over them. Playtime was starting to come to an end.

Grawn tried to make fire surround him to burn away all thr plants trying to get him. "I do feed on animals but I do not hunt them and I certainly do not eat every animal I come across."

His spell was successful fire surrounded him trying to burn the vines and plants around him.

With a sort of a battle cry, she rose massive vines and roots from the ground, attacking Grawn, letting the smaller plants die. They meant nothing to her anyway. Only the Wildfire would survive.
