Paying Respects

Astraria flew past the clearing that Rosaline had mentioned, then circled around it until Dimitre caught up to her. "It's down there, Dimitre. Miss Rosaline said we should visit this spot, right?"

Dimitre wasn't in good spirits after visiting his mother Rosaline and was following Astraria in the air going to the spot that his mother told him to visit. "It's down there." He says it with a cold tone and then proceeds to go ahead of Astraria to the location.

Astraria landed near the grave. "Oh...it's a grave site. Is it someone you knew, Dimitre?" She watched him descend as well. All she was told was to visit this place with him, to keep his spirits up.

Dimitre saw the grave site and was puzzled why his mother told him to come here, the reason he was in bad spirits was he had a little argument with Rosaline about coming here and he still doesn't know why he was here. "I don't why my mom sent me here, and who's grave is this?" He would walk around to see who the grave belonged to.

Astraria bent over the headstone. "Ly-san-dra?" She gasped, realizing the name. "It's miss Lysandra's grave, Dimitre..." She walked over to him, hugging his arm. "...she has passed on, it seems."

Dimitre was dead silent, even being grabbed by the arm by Astraria didn't phase him. He started to clench his fists and his hair began to raise up a little, his eyes started to glow amber with rage. He couldn't believe his sister was dead and didn't want to believe, so many thoughts were running through his head. In his mind the same thought kept coming, who killed her and where are they.

"C-calm down Dimitre!" She let go of his arm and hugged him more. "Sh-she's alright now! She's at peace!"

"Who did this to my sister!!!" He wasn't being calmed down, he was getting more angry by the second not even Astraria's affection was calming him down, the n the gravity around Dimitre and Astraria began to warp and everything from rocks to trees started to float and go around them in a circle while they were in the center.

"S-stop! Y-you're damaging her grave site! She's not liking you as you are, Dimitre!" She sent him soothing magic, hoping he'd calm down before destroying this person's grave. "Please stop...for her sake!"

Dimitre's anger was too strong for Astraria to calm him down with magic and the grave site was getting more and more destroyed with his gravity. "I'll kill them, I'll kill whoever did this to my sister!" If Astraria was having a hard time calming him down then what will.

"Dimitre! Stop!" She let go of him, punching him in the face as hard as she could, given her weak figure. "Her spirit is calling for you to stop this nonsense! So please stop!" She yelled at the top of her lungs, so Dimitre could hear her.

Dimitre would feel Astraria's punch connect to his left side of his face and hearing her yell at him to stop. He finally came back to his senses and the everything that was floating and spinning around them came crashing down, rocks, trees and any other debris. He fell down to his knees and tears began flowing from his eyes to his face.

"Th-thank you for calming down..." She knelt beside him, holding him. "...she's upset that you'd get angry like this over her passing. She says she never said it...but she enjoyed having you as a brother. She hopes you will calm down, knowing this."

He would cry his heart out in Astraria's chest, he's never been this emotional until now after the feeling of losing someone most precious to him. He's never felt like this when the scientists disposed of his real mother after birth because he never got the chance to know her. "W-why did she have t-to die~!" His heart was broken and the only person who can fix was Astraria.

She smiled, holding him in her arms. "...she says it was sudden, she knows...but she's at peace now. Miss Rosaline and Miss Veronica have both paid their respects...which she enjoys very much. She loves you, she says, and wishes she could have told you before she died..." She pet his hair softly, relaying everything Lysandra's spirit was saying to her. "...she loves you very much, Dimitre. You and me and Miss Rosaline and Veronica. She loves us all. She wants us to be at peace over her departure...not upset."

"I-I'm sorry for ruining her grave site, I just couldn't control my self." He stopped crying after hearing the kind words from his sister spirit being relayed through Astraria for being an angel. He stood up and walked up to the stone and wiped the dirt off of it.

"She says she forgives you." She sat where she was, watching Dimitre clean her grave up. Astraria blushed. "Sh-she also says to take care of me...I really seem to care about you."

He would finish cleaning Lysandras grave stone and walk back to Astraria and sit next to her. His eyes were red from mourning over Lysandra, he then laied his head on Astraria's shoulder. "I'll always take care of you Astraria even if my sister didn't ask me too. I"m sorry that you had to see that side of me, but that was a nice right hook you gave me." Even if it was not that strong of a punch, it still knocked some sense in to him.

Astraria nodded, thanking Lysandra. "She has found her peace, and is ready to move on. Do you accept that, Dimitre? I will not likely be able to communicate with her again after she moves on, so she is asking if you have any final questions for her."

After hearing Astraria say that after he excepts his sister to move on and he won't be able to communicate with Lysandra anymore, he just had to ask who killed her, kept running through his mind, he just needed to know. "Yes, I have one more question to ask her. Who killed you Lysandra?"

Astraria waited for her response. "She says it was during a mission with the others...she thinks she managed to take them with her...but she says she died before confirming their demise. The one who killed her caught her by surprise as she rounded a corner, piercing her heart with a sword. She apologizes for not being able to say more, but to not risk your life seeking vengeance for her."

Dimitre got plenty of info from Astraria to find out who the person was that pirced her heart, he didn't believe that his was able to take down the person with her, so he was going to make sure that this person was truly dead. "Don't worry, I'm not into going after vengeance. Sis I hope we meet in the next life, for now take care of your self on the other side."

Astraria smiled as Lysandra moved on. "She told me one last thing...she will wait for you there, once I have made you happy in this one." She hugged Dimitre, wrapping her wings around him.

Dimitre felt the warmth of Astraria's wings wrapping around him as she hugged him. "I'm not going to let anymore of my family die for this revolution, especially Astraria." He looks down her face with concerning eyes.

She smiled for him. "I will not pass on until after you do, Dimitre. She is waiting for you in the next life, so you will have someone after you leave me." She hugged him tighter. "I will mourn for you, yes...but I will know you are happy, and that would be good enough for me."
