Ahri ducked away and as she was flying towards a tree, shot another blue orb towards Lysandra. Advantage or not, this was a straining fight and she felt her energy draining fast.

Ahri rushed into Lysandra's attack, trying with all her might to dodge the shots, as she realized she couldn't keep attacking without tiring herself out.

Her heart sank as she heard a click and a faint bolt of electricity simply dissipated against Ahri. She stumbled backwards as she felt like a large weight was being lowered onto her. Maybe it was her diet these last few days? She had been a bit overworked...

Ahri looked at her. Her tool didn't throw anything anymore but a minor little zap. A smile formed on her lips as she lowered herself, ready to jump again. She knew she had this in the pocket now.

Lysandra fumbled around with her free hand, searching for her spare ammunition cartridge...but found nothing. Maybe it had fallen during the scuffle with the wolf-girl?

She didn't hesitate and dashed straight at her, orb in her hand, ready to shove it down her throat manually if she had to.

Reacting as fast as her body would let her, she tried to get out of the way of the attack. If she was useless offensively, she could at least try to hold out until Fiora got here...

Instead of Lysandra, she tore apart the tree standing behind her, the orb crushing through the wood, splintering the place it hit entirely. She threw another orb sideways to Lysandra. Maintaining energy wasn't on her mind anymore, she just had to defeat her, so she could return to Astraria a hero.

The woman seemed angry now, and Lysandra was out of energy. She may as well retreat if she could...rest and regroup.

The orb hit her target, at least one that did, and Ahri saw the exhaustion on Lysandra's face. She held a last orb in her hands, holding it threateningly up, yet didn't throw it. With effort, she managed to reproduce what Lysandra said earlier. "Give.. up."

Lysandra chuckled weakly. The irony of that statement amused her. "You win this round then..." She took off in a half-run back towards Fiora. She winced, holding her side as she retreated.

The orb dissipated, reserving its energy, as Ahri chased her down. Way more agile, she passed Lysandra at one point, having taken to the treebranches now, instead of staying on the ground. She had to get there before Lysandra did.
