"Yes, but it is also a burden to carry. I can bear children, so I have to watch what I do. I have a lover...but also had a lapse in judgement, when I was with someone else. He triggered a dormant feeling, like it was an ingrained reflex...which caused me to do it...with him." *She lowered her head, losing the cheerful expression she had not but a few minutes ago.*

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to pry." He looked around in hopes of finding something that he could use to cheer her up again. "Do you like soda?" Not to far from where they were was a vending machine.

"My kind also doesn't need nutrients like everyone else, but I was told I liked to sample things for the tastes...so, okay."

"Then I'll be right back." Keiichi took off towards the vending machine and took a few seconds to look it over.

*'From happy, to this, in a moment...I was feeling so great about having finally did it with Tetsuno...' She sighed, and waited for him to return.*

He grabbed the most interesting looking drinks he could find and returned. "Here, try this." He held the drink out to her.

"Thank you. Sorry about that...it's also a part of having emotions, and being one who can bear...I've read that all female beings capable of bearing go through things like this." *She took the drink, and opened it, taking a sip.*

"I guess that makes sense..." Keiichi opened his drink and sipped at it.

"What a life I must have lived...before everything. I know bits and pieces of my former life, from a friend who lived long after I had died, and was brought back."

"Was it a happy life?"

"I don't know. I was a peasant girl...my only friend was of the royal family. You could say that, though."

"From the sounds of it, it might have been something nice."

"Maybe. My life since I was brought back has been anything but, except for lately. I think I can finally settle down."

"It would be nice, given what you told me. I wish you luck." Keiichi scratched at his head and threw off a flee, it had been biting at him for the whole conversation.

"Yes...it would. So what about you? What's your story?" *She took a long drink, finishing off the can, throwing it into the basket beside her.*

"My story..." he thought about it, "It's not really one as great as most. I've kinda been a drifter for most of my life, i would stay in a town for a while, but things would happen and i would have to leave. Never really got use to living in one place for very long." He said this with a smile as he threw his can away.

"Well, at least your existence isn't as bad as mine is. I'll never die of old age..."

"True, but on the bright side you don't have these fleas." He flicked another one off. He was trying to brighten the mood.

"Well, that's all relative, you know?"

"Yea..." He looked at the building again, still trying to figure out what it was.

"That's the cathedral." *She saw him looking at the building, and his expression.*

Hearing what it was, he dropped his head. "Now that you say that i can see all the earmarks that would give it away."

"Sorry, I was just trying to help. I saw your expression, and thought to help..."

"No it's just i should have noticed what it was before, you were right to help." He picked his head back up.

"Oh, okay. Well...is there anything else you need help with?" *She looked at the time, she had been away from Tetsuno for a couple of hours now.*
