*Zeke sat down, on a pile of rubble. It had been three days, so as he had said, Zeke waited by the portal for Anastarya to give her a tour of some parts of the human world, the one he called home. Zeke opened up a book he had brought and began reading it. The sky was clear and the book was good.* "Its going to be a good day, I think. Maybe not since Ive never given a tour before. Or whatever you would call it." *He was talking to the book, something normal for him.* "Though the time could be different by a lot in the worlds."

Anastarya walked through the portal, stretching her wings. "Now, to look for that Human." She smiled as she looked around, not seeing Zeke.

*Zeke, having unknowingly placed himself behind the portal, saw the tip of something white.* "Could be a cloud.. or Im on the wrong side.." *He walked towards it, around the portal seeing her.* "The times are pretty similar I guess.." *He had closed the book he was reading, now it was under his arm.*

She turned around, seeing Zeke. "Oh! Hello. Zeke...was it?" She was speaking her own tongue again, the spell not in effect.

*He didn't understand what she said, maybe he didn't here her, so he asked her to repeat.* "What? I didn't catch the uh.. all of it." *Zeke held out the book to her, aswell.* "I brought this, like I said I would." *It was a fact book, something Zeke had gotten a few years back. Facts mostly about earth.*

She smiled, taking the book from him. She caught a couple of words, but knew he was talking about the book. "Thank you, Zeke." She opened the book, flipping through its pages.

*He still didn't know what Anastarya said, the tone seemed pleased, and she took the book so perhaps it was a thanks?* "Do you know what Im saying?" *If she didn't respond, then he knew that there was a language barrier. Though he was fairly sure that she didn't know what he was saying already, because he didn't think she was speaking English.*

She shut the book, not understanding him quite fully. "Oh, that is right...I must use the spell." She chanted the spell, casting it. "Sorry, I forgot that you cannot understand Angelic. My apologies, Zeke."

"Its alright, also, I brought a fact book." *Zeke wasn't really sure how to greet her, after what had just happened it was difficult to think of something to say so he simple changed the subject to the book.* "Its just random knowledge about the world."

"Oh, I see. I shall read it thoroughly upon my return home." She smiled, putting the book away in a pouch around her waist.

"So.. Hmm." *He thought about something for a second, then said.* "Where would you want to look around? Were in a bombed city right now.. theres a forest, a camp full of people, I have a small hut, to call it that." *He wasn't sure where Anastarya would want to go, but if they went to the camp she might need to hide her wings.*

"Wherever you want to lead me. I took you though a decent part of my realm, on my way to my dwelling. Well...only parts accessible by foot." She looked up, thoughtful.

"Well, I guess I can show you where I live and everything on the way." *He looked around, trying to remember which way his "House" was.* "If you were wondering, there isn't really many, if any at all, floating cities here."

"Oh, I understand. Humans prefer living on flat earth rather than among the clouds. We have a book that chronicled a case where a human came to our realm, and could not cease vomiting when he visited one of our floating cities." She chuckled. "He was quoted as saying that he did not feel well, and wished to be escorted back here."

"It depends on if you like to be in the air or not I think." *Zeke said, thinking about how he might enjoy being high up among the clouds, though he didn't want to fall. He began walking in the decided direction of where he lives.* "I think.. I live somewhere in this direction.."

"Are you not sure of where your dwelling lies?" She followed him regardless. "You are indeed a strange human, Zeke."

"I only started living in it recently, the place were in now, Arakai City, was destroyed. It was bombed, so I had to re locate to where I am now. I had a workshop forest before but I never used it as a home. And yes, I agree about me being strange. I was just born with it I guess." *Zeke was pleased that he had people to talk to, it helped him on pretending to be "normal". But he still enjoyed being himself at times.*

"I see...and why was this "Arakai" bombed...as you say?" She followed him along into the forest.

"A group of people took it over, from the government. So as a response I guess they just tried getting rid of the city. Theres some people who made it out alive. The group set up a camp for them, and eventually they went and took out the government." *Zeke summarized the recent events, while they walked along he saw a caterpillar up ahead. When they reached it he picked it up and put it on his shoulder. They were out of the city, soon they would be nearing the edge of the refugee camp.*

"I see. So humans are still warring among themselves I see." She pulled out her pad and a quill, writing the information down. "Humans can be such stubborn creatures. No offense meant, Zeke."

"None taken, I wasn't a part of it." *He looked back, seeing that she he taken out some paper to write notes, so he talked about the refugee camp.* "The camp I mentioned is nearby, I can show you it, though the people there may be surprised at seeing an angel." *The camp was a few minutes away now, they would be near the very edge of it.*

"If you think it wise for me to make first contact with a group of humans, I will visit them." She looked in the direction of the camp, seeing smoke from the campfires. She didn't think she could make a good first impression on a large group of humans...

"Im not sure how they would react, a lot of things have been happening lately with them so I don't know what would happen if an angel showed up there." *Zeke didn't want to take the risk of Injury, because he was the one showing Anastarya around so he didn't intend on letting her get hurt.* "I think it would be better at another time."

"I understand. Humans are complex, and often need time to regain their composure after a big war." She smiled. "I can't learn human culture without meeting large groups though."

"That's true." *Zeke said, shrugging. Soon they passed by the camp. He pointed it out and they continued.* "My home, or.. dwelling." *Zeke stopped for a moment to recall what her name for a home was.* "Is far from the camp." *He didn't say why, though the reason was that he was apart from the people there, they rejected him.*
