After landing at the park and not caring if people freaked out a bit about his wings and him just flying he then sighed and walked over to a bench sitting down. "Hmm....so either return to tokyo or not."

"You've met a terrible fate haven't you?" A scientist approached him from the shadows.

He turned looking at the man. "What do you mean?"

"You bare a stench of death, no, a stench of more than death. Tell me, do you believe in ghosts?"

"I don't know." He then turned away and stretched his wings out having them wrapped around himself earlier which made them look like a coat. "Why?"

"Well, I guess that white hand on your shoulder must be my glasses fogging up. In any case, I would like to ask a favor of you. You seem likely to not refuse. Your wings just gave me an idea."

"What?" He pulled his wings back a bit.

The scientist pushed his glasses up slightly. "You see, my daughter died just recently, however, a new scientific breakthrough has created a method that might bring her back. However, the catalyst for this is found within the DNA of a now extinct animal, but I do not wish for you to search for it. What I would like of you is to place a small beacon on top of every building in the city. I can pay you whatever you would like, or help you obtain any information you desire."

At the mention of death he kind of drifted off into thought as he had a small flashback of memory. While this happened he seemed to just be staring off for a bit.

"I know science can be boring, but a little attention would be appreciated." The scientist brought out his briefcase. "Also, I'd like you to test out a little invention of mine."

He shook his head for a bit and then looked at him. "What?"

"Eat this." He pulled a candy out of his briefcase and threw a piece into the man's mouth. "If my data is correct, you should be able to breathe underwater as long as that candy is in your mouth. However, it tastes so good that I've always eaten it before i could get into the water and that is the last one. There is a pond over there and i dropped my car keys. Could you get them for me?"

He spit the candy out. "I don't need it. But if you really dropped your keys in there i'll get them one second." He then got up and walked to the pond before jumping in and just sinking slowly not even having to breathe. A few hours passed and he still hasn't returned.

"It's getting late. I guess he must have died down there. poor kid. Rest in Piece." He fumbled around in his pocket. "Ah here it is! good thing I have my spare." He started to walk towards the parking lot.

He came out of the pond holding the keys and walked over to the parking lot slowly water just dripping ever where off him as he walked over. "Here they are."

"Oh there you are. thank you I suppose. I had nearly given up on you. But I guess if you had died your ghost would have shown up. Unless you did die and you are a ghost?"

"I don't know if i can even die." He sighed. "I fell from Tokyo Tower and lost my memory on the way down from a hit to the head but in all seriousness i should of Died. I've had an arm and wing blown off by attacks before and they regrew. So I don't even know what I am."

The scientist grinned. "Fascinating. this changes things. Would you mind if I ran a few tests on you? perhaps a DNA Sample?" The scientist pulled out some scissors made for cutting hair.

"Sure....if you think you can help me recover my memory even." He then sighed.

"Of course, it could. come to my lab, we can run a DNA test, blood work, and every other known method. We could even try implanting false memories to fill that void if you want." he had paused slightly after the word void.

"No false memories." He then blinked. "Is something wrong?"

"No, i just remembered something...it's nothing. Here is the address of my laboratory my assistant should be there, tell her i sent you.. I need to pick up a few things..."
He handed a business card with his name, address, and number. Then, he got into his car.
